Created by one person
You set up the content yourself and choose, for example, text & image, an audio message or a video message.
Several people contribute
One person organises the surprise and collects contributions from family, friends or colleagues – even from different places and countries.
Group cards explained simply
The roles are intentionally simple. Contributors do not need to be in the same place or pass a physical card around.
Sets up the group card, shares the invitation link and keeps track of contributions and the deadline.
Open the invitation link and submit one text or image contribution each.
Later scans the QR code and experiences the completed group card in the browser.
What does personalised mean?
You choose a card, tag or slate product with a suitable material and design. Special design requests apply only when they are explicitly offered for that product or agreed separately.
Every Monvou item and every purchased printable QR has its own code connecting it with its digital content.
When setting up the code in Monvou, you choose the digital option and add your content. The recipient later opens the finished message.
Monvou credits are a balance assigned to a Monvou code for creating or changing digital content. The required credits are shown when editing in Monvou. Check the product description for the included balance. Additional credits top up an existing code; they are not a shop gift voucher or a new QR-code gift.
You can edit your message or replace its content while keeping the same QR code. Replacing content can permanently delete the previous content, so keep your own copies. Depending on the action, credits may be required; the amount is shown when creating your message in Monvou.

No. The digital Monvou view opens directly in the smartphone browser after scanning.
You do not need to prepare the message when buying. Scan the QR code after receiving the item to set it up. If direct design is offered at checkout, you can request a design link after purchase and prepare the message before delivery.
Up to 30 contributions are possible. Each contribution consists of text or an image; audio and video are not available inside group cards.
Yes. The invitation link can be shared regardless of location. Contributors only need a current browser and an internet connection.
People with the QR code or result link can open the view. An optional opening PIN can provide additional access protection.
No. The public examples are protected by an unpublished editing PIN. They are provided only for viewing and testing.
