Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. For multiple goods in one order, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right, inform us by an unambiguous statement, for example by letter or email. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal. We generally use the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Return and costs

Return or hand over the goods without undue delay and within fourteen days after withdrawal. We bear direct return costs within Germany. You are liable for diminished value only where caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Possible exceptions

Withdrawal may be excluded for goods not prefabricated and made on the basis of an individual choice or clearly personalised. Assignment of an individual QR code alone does not automatically exclude withdrawal. Any exception is clearly stated for the product before ordering. Rights for defects remain.
