We currently deliver only to addresses within Germany.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Germany is free.
Final shipping costs are shown in the cart and checkout before submission.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 Werktage. For prepayment or immediate online payment, it begins after confirmed receipt of payment. Product-specific information takes precedence.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed after confirmed payment and handed to a suitable carrier. A dispatch email is sent when shipping is recorded.
Payment methods
Payment is securely processed by Stripe. Checkout only displays methods actually available for the amount, device, account and location. These may include cards, wallets, PayPal, Klarna or other Stripe-supported methods. Monvou does not receive complete card or login details.
Transport damage
Please report visible transport damage promptly to info@monvou.com and retain packaging and goods for review. Reporting is not a condition of statutory warranty rights.
